Operations Manager – Lead Multi‑Site Restaurant Performance

About the role

The Rooster's Calling! Bring your special spice to the table and lead restaurant performance and new store openings across Darwin. You will partner with Restaurant Managers, Franchise Partners and cross‑functional teams to drive sales, profitability and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coach Restaurant Managers and Franchise Partners to improve sales, labour, food costs and overall operational results.
• Lead new store openings from pre‑opening planning through launch and operational stabilisation, coordinating recruitment, training, rostering, systems and stock.
• Lead shifts in new or existing restaurants, modelling service, quality and operational standards while building capable leadership teams.
• Manage commercial performance across the network, monitoring customer feedback and forecasting to support business growth.

Required profile

• Proven multi‑site leadership experience in QSR, hospitality, retail or fast‑casual environments.
• Successful track record delivering new store openings or large‑scale operational change.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, labour and P&L performance.
• Experience recruiting, developing and leading high‑performing operational teams.
