Operations Consultant (Part‑time)

About the role

AIM Site Hire Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Operations Consultant to join its Laverton North branch on a part‑time basis. You will support the hiring team for temporary fencing products, handling customer enquiries, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth end‑to‑end administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone and email hire enquiries.
• Handle sales leads and communicate quotes, orders, and job status to customers.
• Generate customer quotes, contracts, invoices and update files.
• Process purchase orders and off‑hire requests.
• Provide general administrative support to operations and sales teams.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and installation of temporary fencing.

Required profile

• Available to work part‑time (20‑25 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
• 2+ years experience in an administrative or operations support role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer‑focused approach.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude.
• Experience in site hire, equipment rental, or construction is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
