Operations Associate – Part‑Time

About the role

The Operations Associate supports store profitability and efficiency at ALO’s Westfield Sydney location. Working closely with the Operations & Visual Management team, you will help drive inventory accuracy, visual standards, and overall store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes, investigate accuracy issues and reduce shrink.
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, floor replenishment and supply management.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor and ensure a safe, efficient stockroom.
• Assist with visual merchandising placement, daily replenishment and store‑level operational projects.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in a client‑centric, sales or operational environment.
• Passion for customer service, self‑motivated and team‑oriented.
• Ability to lift, push, carry 10‑15 kg and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and climbing ladders.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends and peak periods.

Required skills

• Basic inventory control and stock management.
• Understanding of visual merchandising standards.
• Ability to use metrics to support business strategies.
