Operations Associate – Full-Time Retail Role

About the role

The Operations Associate is a critical member of the store team, responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. Working closely with the Operations & Visual Management team, you will help ensure optimal store performance and a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Support key operational functions such as shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and intra‑day floor replenishment.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor and champion safe, efficient stockroom processes.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgeting, vendor relations, technology and facilities to maximize store operations.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team and guest needs.
• Execute company‑level operational directives and projects in partnership with the Operations & Visual Management team.
• Assist with shipment processing, visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence.
• Leverage metrics to support business‑driving strategies and resolve client needs quickly.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in a client‑centric sales and operational environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self‑motivated with a desire to achieve results individually and as part of a team.
• Alignment with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Physical ability to lift, push, carry up to 10‑15 kg and perform continuous movement on the sales floor.
