Onsite Services Officer – IT Support (Perth)

About the role

Lifeblood relies on technology to deliver life‑saving services across Australia. As an Onsite Services Officer you will be the first point of contact for staff, providing hands‑on IT support at our Perth sites to keep systems and people running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote 1st‑ and 2nd‑level support for Windows, Office 365, Teams and desktop environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, peripheral and basic networking issues.
• Manage service requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• Act as the primary contact for end‑users, providing high‑quality customer service.
• Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex problems.
• Prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Required profile

• Customer‑first mindset; approachable, proactive and solutions‑focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in onsite IT support or service‑desk roles with strong hands‑on capability.
• Solid understanding of Windows operating environments and basic networking.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and resourcefulness.
• Highly organised, process‑driven and able to manage competing priorities.

• 1‑year fixed‑term contract with $80‑90k base salary plus superannuation.
