OneCouncil Project Officer (Temporary until 30 June 2028)

About the role

The Blue Mountains City Council is running a programme of work to implement the TechnologyOne software and needs an engaging, technology-savvy project officer to join its existing team. The position is based in Katoomba and requires attendance at other Council sites on an intermittent basis. It is a temporary, full-time position until 30 June 2028.

Required profile

• Experience supporting business systems or ERP implementation, including configuration support, testing and business readiness activities.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally, including facilitating workshops and producing analysis artefacts.
• Stakeholder relationship skills, including working with SMEs to validate requirements and outcomes and building consensus.
• Experience using TechnologyOne or other major ERP software, and demonstrating system savviness for large enterprise-wide rollouts.

What we offer

• Base salary commencing at $100,301 gross per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
• Annual performance-based salary increases or bonus (1-3.5%).
• Annual award increase.
