Offshore Process Technician – Energy Projects

About the role
EnerMech is seeking experienced Process Technicians for casual offshore assignments in Australia’s oil and gas sector. You will support pipeline commissioning, flushing, cleaning and pressure testing on offshore projects.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor triplex pumps and/or DHDA pumps during pipeline flushing, cleaning and pressure testing.
- Support commissioning and process operations in offshore environments, including equipment rig‑up, testing and maintenance.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections, identify operational issues and work within permit‑to‑work systems.
Required profile
- Previous offshore oil and gas experience, preferably in the Bass Strait.
- Current BOSIET or FOET certification with CA‑EBS and willingness to complete background checks.
- Ability to work safely in remote offshore environments.
Required skills
- Operating triplex pumps and hydro‑testing equipment.
- Pipeline flushing, cleaning and pressure testing procedures.
