About the role

Datadog is seeking an Office Operations Associate to support daily office activities in Sydney. The role ensures a safe, happy, and productive environment for employees and visitors, handling everything from supplies to events.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and serve as the primary point of contact for all in‑office needs.
• Conduct daily floor walkthroughs to maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Manage relationships with vendors, building management, and security teams.
• Handle service tickets, prioritize requests, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies, snacks, and pantry items, ensuring consistent restocking.
• Organise monthly and ad‑hoc employee events and support office moves or build‑outs.

Required profile

• People‑oriented with an empathetic, friendly demeanor.
• Fast learner who enjoys problem‑solving and process improvement.
• Strong time‑management, multitasking, and calm under pressure.
• Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in a fast‑paced, growing company.

Required skills

• Good spreadsheet skills (e.g., Excel).
