About the role
Step into a leadership role at a fast‑paced hospital imaging service, managing daily operations across the Randwick campus, including Neura‑MRI and specialist rooms.
Key responsibilities
- Drive smooth daily operations and patient flow.
- Lead and support a clerical team of up to 15.
- Manage rosters, schedules, and front‑of‑house performance.
- Oversee financial tasks including daily banking.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external hospital stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven leadership and people‑management skills.
- Clear, confident communication.
- Strong organisational ability and system‑savvy workflow management.
- Healthcare or radiology experience is a bonus.
- VISAGE experience is desirable.
