About the role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations of our fast‑growing cleaning business. Working closely with the Business Director, you will keep the administrative engine running smoothly and ensure a professional, compliant workplace for our team.

Key responsibilities

• Worker scheduling and roster coordination
• Payroll administration and timesheet management
• Compliance documentation and record keeping
• Client communications and inquiry management
• Supplier and contractor coordination
• General office administration and filing

Required profile

• Proven experience in office management or business administration
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Tagalog (essential)

Required skills

• Experience with small‑business software such as Xero
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
