About the role
We are looking for an Office Administration Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions of our Australian‑New Zealand business. The role is hands‑on, supporting office operations, travel, assets, vendors and internal coordination across local and overseas teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and support operational needs across teams.
- Act as the communication hub between overseas offices, HQ and local staff.
- Coordinate travel bookings, payments and employee travel support.
- Organise company cultural activities, festivals, team‑building events and global initiatives such as Family Day.
- Oversee office lease administration, setup, relocation and workplace improvements.
- Track fixed assets, support purchasing, allocation and lifecycle management.
- Work with vendors and service providers, handling coordination, follow‑ups and issue resolution.
- Monitor administrative expenses, assist with invoice processing and support budget tracking.
Required profile
- Highly organised and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑growing environment.
