OEM Partner Manager

About the role

The OEM Partner Manager will own and grow a portfolio of automotive manufacturer partners across Australia, delivering commercial outcomes and driving remarketing growth. Reporting to the Head of OEM Partnerships, you will develop strategic account plans, identify new business opportunities and ensure sales targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow and retain OEM partnerships.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular account reviews.
• Identify revenue‑increase opportunities, expand services and manage contracts and pricing.
• Achieve sales, revenue and profitability objectives while providing market intelligence.
• Collaborate with operational and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and cost efficiency.
• Mentor team members, champion safety and wellbeing, and act as a subject‑matter expert for OEM initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in automotive sales or account management.
• Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and drive commercial results.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Current driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word.
