Occupational Therapist – NDIS Community Support

About the role

A provider to the NDIS with a multi-disciplinary team approach is looking for an Occupational Therapist in Campbelltown and surrounding suburbs. The role suits people who enjoy working independently in a community setting, and both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Key responsibilities

• Complete functional assessments with participants in their homes and community environments.
• Set meaningful, person-centred goals based on real-life routines and support needs.
• Recommend environmental modifications across home, school and work settings.
• Identify and prescribe appropriate assistive technology to support independence.
• Collaborate with families, support coordinators and the wider team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven ability to work independently in a community setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
