About the role

Ability Action Australia, a nationally registered NDIS provider of therapeutic, positive behaviour and employment supports, is recruiting graduates with an Occupational Therapy degree for its 12-month Graduate Program. The program is designed to accelerate learning and development in a supportive environment, with flexible working options including home, café, clinical hubs or team spaces.

Required profile

• Graduate with an Occupational Therapy degree
• Registered with AHPRA or eligible to do so upon graduation
• Empathetic and driven to create meaningful outcomes for people with disability
• Willing to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
• Clear, simple communication so that people supported can understand what is offered and why
