Occupational Therapist – Flexible, Multidisciplinary Team

About the role

Join a supportive, multidisciplinary team delivering services across NDIS and Support at Home programs. You will work with a varied caseload, developing skills in daily living activities, capacity building, assistive technology, equipment prescription and home modifications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide client‑centred occupational therapy across all stages of the support journey.
• Assess, prescribe and coordinate assistive technology and equipment.
• Design and oversee home modification solutions.
• Collaborate with a large team of clinicians, including senior on‑site OT support.

Required profile

• Relevant professional registration (AHPRA preferred, limited may be considered).
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• 1‑4 years post‑graduate OT experience.

Required skills

• Activities of daily living (ADL) assessment.
• Capacity building techniques.
• Assistive technology (AT) knowledge.
• Equipment prescription and home modification planning.
