Occupational Health Supervisor – APAC

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Supervisor to lead occupational health services across our APAC operations. This role provides clinical leadership, operational oversight, and partnership with EHS, Operations, HR, and site management to support employee health and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor and develop a team of occupational health professionals.
• Oversee day‑to‑day occupational health operations, ensuring effective service delivery and continuity of care.
• Manage workplace health programs, case management, return‑to‑work planning and employee wellbeing initiatives.
• Provide expert clinical guidance for complex health and injury management cases.
• Coordinate responses to workplace incidents and medical emergencies, including investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, privacy, regulatory and professional nursing standards.
• Monitor health, safety, quality and operational metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with EHS, HR, Operations and leadership to support organisational health objectives.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration and license to practice.
• Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Occupational Health, Public Health or related discipline.
• 3‑5+ years progressive nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, injury or case management.
• Proven experience leading and developing clinical teams.
• Strong clinical judgement, critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of workplace health regulations and professional practice standards.
