New Graduate Occupational Therapist

About the role
As a new graduate Occupational Therapist you will work alongside experienced clinicians in a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence‑based therapy to children and adults. You will receive a structured 3‑month onboarding program, weekly supervision and peer mentoring to build your skills and confidence from day one.
Required profile
- A degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA eligibility/registration.
- Person‑centred, evidence‑based approach focused on real outcomes.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with clients, families and teams.
- Growth mindset, passion for learning and good organisational abilities to manage a diverse caseload.
