New Business Director

About the role

Wingman Creative is entering an exciting growth phase and seeks a senior New Business Director to build the pipeline, win pitches and shape the agency’s next chapter. Working closely with the General Manager, you will own new‑business development and help drive profitable client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a proactive new‑business pipeline across mid‑market, scale‑up and enterprise clients.
• Lead discovery meetings, develop strategic proposals and deliver compelling pitches to senior marketing and business leaders.
• Represent Wingman Creative at industry events, networking functions and roadshows.
• Develop relationships in property, real estate and broking sectors while identifying opportunities in other industries.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to create competitive proposals, rate cards, scopes of work and service agreements.

Required profile

• Commercially sharp with confidence in client-facing situations and a proven track record of winning new business.
• Deep understanding of agency operations, pitch processes, service scoping, pricing and profitability.
• Experience at senior new‑business, growth or business‑development roles within creative, digital, media or integrated marketing agencies.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders, ask insightful questions and negotiate expectations.
