Network Inventory Planner

About the role

Essity is looking for a Network Inventory Planner to join its Supply Chain team in Springvale. The role manages inventory deployment across the Australia and New Zealand distribution network, working with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Logistics and Commercial teams to keep products available, minimise supply risks and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory deployment across the ANZ warehouse network to meet customer demand and service targets.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory health and distribution centre capacity to spot risks and constraints.
• Coordinate stock movements so the right products are in the right places at the right time.
• Review and maintain replenishment parameters such as lead times and inventory settings.
• Handle inventory run-outs, obsolete stock and product transitions, and support new product launches.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve supply issues and prioritise critical stock.
• Analyse inventory performance and recommend improvements to service, availability and efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and supply chain projects, and support quality hold, recall and inventory governance.

Required profile

• Experience in inventory planning, supply planning, network planning or a similar supply chain role.
• At least two years' experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management or replenishment planning.
• Australian citizenship, permanent residency or unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Advantageous: manufacturing or FMCG exposure, SAP, APO or S/4HANA experience, and a qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with stakeholder management and organisation skills.
