About the role
Join Zeder Corporation as a National Key Account Manager and lead the growth of strategic automotive aftermarket accounts across Australia. You will be the primary point of contact for national customers, shaping relationships that drive revenue and enhance brand presence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase revenue, maximise performance and uncover new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, leading negotiations on pricing, contracts and service agreements.
- Monitor sales performance, margins, forecasts, customer satisfaction and pipeline activity using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, product and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Resolve customer issues and escalations while preserving long‑term partnerships.
Required profile
- Proven experience in key account management or sales roles handling large customer accounts.
- Commercially savvy with strong negotiation and revenue‑growth capabilities.
- Self‑motivated, solutions‑focused and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry is highly regarded.
