National Fleet Officer – Part‑time (30 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive National Fleet Officer to join the Bradnam Group’s fleet team in Zillmere. This permanent part‑time role (30 hours per week) supports the management of our nationwide vehicle fleet across multiple sites, reporting to the Group Fleet Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full vehicle lifecycle – orders, deliveries, collections, lease extensions and disposals.
• Provide timely advice on fleet‑related enquiries from employees and stakeholders.
• Administer and maintain the Geotab telematics platform, including reporting, user management and troubleshooting.
• Manage fuel card administration, monitor usage and generate reports.
• Handle vehicle registrations, traffic infringements and overall fleet compliance.
• Coordinate motor vehicle insurance claims with insurers, repairers and internal teams.
• Process fleet invoices, documentation, logbooks and payment requests to support accurate record‑keeping and FBT reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, service providers and internal stakeholders while identifying process improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an administration or coordination role.
• Exceptional organisational ability with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Confidence in learning and using new software systems.
• Experience with Geotab or other telematics platforms (beneficial but not essential).
