About the role
Openway Food Co. is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to drive commercial growth across convenience and non‑grocery channels. Reporting to the National Business Manager for Independents & Emerging markets, you will work primarily from our demand hub in Cremorne, building strong relationships and expanding our presence in the health‑food sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers to achieve growth, profitability and market‑share targets.
- Create and execute a strategic three‑year category growth plan, including trade investment and promotional planning.
- Optimise budgets and trade spend to deliver cost‑effective results and improve account performance.
- Participate in range review processes and the S&OP cycle, applying strong commercial acumen.
- Collaborate on joint business plans and support the launch of new product development initiatives.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated professional with a passion for creating new business opportunities.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within food manufacturing or FMCG.
- Ability to understand and adapt to customers’ strategic requirements.
- Strong analytical mindset and commercial focus.
