Wholesale Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Wholesale Account Manager to join our Wholesale team at our Global HQ in Melbourne. You will be responsible for managing and growing key wholesale accounts across Australia and New Zealand for a leading performance sportswear brand, delivering strong sales results and an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of wholesale accounts across ANZ, building long‑term partnerships.
• Lead seasonal sell‑in meetings, range planning, forecasting and inventory management with retail partners.
• Analyse in‑season sales data, identify growth opportunities and support merchandising, promotions and in‑store initiatives.
• Prepare and present sales trends, customer performance and order data to inform commercial decisions.
• Coordinate order processing, deliveries and resolve operational issues in collaboration with product, planning, customer service and operations teams.
• Represent the brand at customer meetings, seasonal launches and industry events, delivering product training and brand education.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in wholesale account management, sales or a similar role within sporting goods, apparel or retail.
• Proven track record of growing and managing key accounts in the ANZ market.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and spot opportunities.
• Excellent relationship‑building, communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organised with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
