National Account Manager – Consumer Business Group

About the role

3M is seeking a National Account Manager for its Consumer Business Group to drive growth with key accounts. You will be responsible for executing customer plans, aligning with channel strategy, and meeting financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on key account financial commitments, including sales, margin and price, and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Develop and implement annual and quarterly customer strategies and joint business plans with top accounts.
• Lead distribution initiatives such as range reviews, promotional planning, e‑commerce programs and market coverage.
• Manage pricing, rebates, commercial terms and customer incentive plans, including MDF optimization.
• Analyse internal and external data to identify growth opportunities and optimise account performance.

Required profile

• tertiary education in Business or related field (highly preferred).
• Proven success as a National Account Manager or Executive in CPG/FMCG.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing net sales.
• Experience working with retail customers and delivering on targets.
