Multimedia Designer – Creative Brand & Video Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Multimedia Designer to create graphic designs, creative assets and video content for our three brands, ensuring each brand’s identity is distinct while upholding our high‑quality standards. The role blends polished design work in Canva with fast‑paced social and campaign edits, and encourages exploration of AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphics, layouts and digital assets for Scape, Aveo, RTL Co. and The Living Company, adapting to each brand’s identity.
• Edit short‑form video for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and longer brand promos using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Build Canva templates with locked fonts, colours and asset boundaries for non‑designers.
• Manage your own design queue across three brands, prioritising deadlines and flagging capacity early.
• Tag and organise files in Bynder with the Marketing Operations Specialist.
• Communicate directly with brief‑sending teams to clarify requirements and timelines.

Required profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in graphic, multimedia or motion design, preferably in‑house or agency‑side.
• Proactive, adaptable, with strong creative eye and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with non‑creative stakeholders.
