About the role
Woods Bagot is seeking a Senior Designer / Associate to lead the delivery of large‑scale residential and multi‑residential projects, shaping communities through high‑quality living environments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design development and technical delivery on major urban residential projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to balance design integrity with buildability from concept to completion.
- Coordinate documentation and consultant inputs, ensuring seamless BIM integration.
Required profile
- 15+ years delivering residential projects, including experience with Tier One contractors.
- Strong technical leadership across all project phases.
- Clear, confident communicator with clients and stakeholders.
Required skills
- Advanced Revit and BIM coordination capability.
- Proficiency in Rhino (considered a bonus).
