Graduate UX Designer

About the role

Honeywell is looking for a Graduate UX Designer to join its User Experience Design Studio in Sydney, one of only five global innovation hubs. You will work on real projects from day one, contributing to world‑class software products and gaining hands‑on experience across the full design lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the iterative design process from discovery through launch, creating user flow diagrams, sketches, and prototypes.
• Design, implement, and verify user interfaces for scalable desktop and mobile applications.
• Document functional user requirements and communicate design rationale to support UX/UI and functional design decisions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within 2 years) with a Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting ideas to a variety of stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn and tackle real‑world problems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, and Abstract.
