About the role
The Moulder Technician is responsible for safely and efficiently operating the production line from blow moulding through to bagging, ensuring that production targets and schedules are met in a 24/5 manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate blow moulders, vision inspection systems, leak testers, conveyors and grinders to achieve production targets.
- Record production and downtime data accurately to support continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, workplace organisation and compliance with WHS, quality, environmental and food‑safety requirements.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience operating a blow moulding machine or similar industrial equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive safety mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a two‑person shift team.
- Experience in a food manufacturing or high‑quality production environment.
