About the role

Aussie, part of the Lendi Group, offers mortgage brokers the chance to build their own business backed by Australia's most recognised mortgage brand. You can work remotely, in-store or a mix of both, supported by technology, marketing and a steady stream of pre-qualified customer appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Work with pre-qualified customer appointments booked directly into your calendar.
• Work with a dedicated marketing team and budget to generate leads for your business.
• Guide clients from first contact to settlement, with processing and compliance handled for you.
• Leverage the Aussie platform and Client Solutions team to streamline every deal.
• Connect customers with broader property services such as buyer's agents and conveyancing.

Required profile

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or willingness to obtain it (support provided).
• Sales, broking or customer service experience.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Motivation to grow a high-performing, flexible business and passion for helping Australians achieve property ownership.
