Buyer's Agent - Adelaide

About the role

As a Retail Buyer’s Agent embedded in an Aussie Store, you will work closely with mortgage brokers and in‑store teams to turn finance‑approved customers into successful property purchases, operating your own territory and referral engine.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with finance‑ready clients to understand their property needs and source suitable properties from on‑market, pre‑market, and off‑market channels.
• Conduct due diligence, lead negotiations and manage the buying process from start to finish.
• Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and deliver outstanding service that earns client trust and repeat business.
• Partner with brokers to understand client goals, run buyer strategy sessions and tailor property briefs.

Required profile

• Class 1 (or equivalent) Real Estate License.
• Proven success managing 20+ end‑to‑end residential transactions.
• Strong knowledge of the local market, sourcing techniques and buyer psychology.
• Negotiation skills that build trust and deliver great outcomes.

Required skills

• Real estate licensing (Class 1).
