About the role
EnerMech is seeking a Facility & Property Coordinator to manage its Henderson site operations. The role ensures facilities comply with internal and external documentation requirements and oversees all real‑estate management activities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee routine maintenance, repairs and renovation of facility infrastructure, equipment and systems.
- Manage cleaning services, security protocols and access control.
- Guide facility visitors and ensure grounds and outdoor spaces are well‑kept.
- Control utilities such as water, electricity and HVAC, and optimise space utilisation.
- Supervise waste disposal, recycling programmes and ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.
Required profile
- Supervisory experience within the oil and gas or process industry.
- QHSE background and familiarity with facilities budgeting.
- Minimum Diploma qualification and a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential or equivalent.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
