About the role
Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Analyst to act as the tactical‑level interface with military operators and planners using its autonomous maritime systems. Based in Sydney, the role involves embedding with customers, supporting exercises, training, and feeding operational insights back to engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and support mission plans for exercises, demonstrations, and operational testing.
- Provide tactical advice, create procedures, checklists, and quick‑reference materials.
- Deliver operator training, mentor participants during exercises, and capture user feedback for engineering.
- Maintain relationships with customer operators and planners, and contribute to post‑exercise debriefs and lessons learned.
Required profile
- Experience in operational planning, mission analysis, or related fields such as defence, aviation, or complex logistics.
- Proven ability to work at the tactical level, translating system capabilities into practical employment options.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with military operators and planners.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 2 (NV2) security clearance.
