About the role
A well-established concrete pre-cast and civil / engineering fabrication manufacturing plant in Windsor, NSW, is seeking an experienced MIG or TIG welder to join its production team. The role suits someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and wants stable, full-time employment. It is advertised as Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm.
Key responsibilities
- Fabricate and weld metal pit covers, grates and related steel components
- MIG or TIG welding depending on job requirements
- Read and interpret basic fabrication drawings
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Assist with general workshop duties as required
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years' welding experience (MIG or TIG)
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Reliable and able to work full-time hours
- Available to start immediately
