Mid Tier Consultant – Account Management, Social & Content

About the role

We Scout is looking for a versatile Mid Tier Consultant to manage client accounts across culture‑led brands in lifestyle, travel, automotive, finance, consumer tech, sport and more. Working in a hybrid environment, you will blend earned media, social, content, AI and events to create campaigns that resonate with audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day client account management from strategy to execution.
• Pitch, place and amplify stories across earned media channels.
• Build and nurture genuine media and creator relationships.
• Develop integrated campaigns that combine influence, talent, content and events.
• Contribute to AI‑powered workflows for ideation, trend analysis and reporting.
• Support the planning and delivery of events, from intimate brand moments to large‑scale experiences.
• Provide strategic insights and commercial recommendations to add client value.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in PR, social, content or events.
• Confidence to lead client relationships and propose smart ideas.
• Strong written communication skills with a knack for compelling pitches.
• Passion for social media, culture and content that drives results.
• Comfortable working with AI tools or eager to learn.
• Calm under pressure, collaborative and fun to work with.
