Mid-Senior Interior Designer – Sydney

About the role

An internationally recognised design practice is expanding its portfolio across multi‑residential, hospitality and lifestyle sectors. They are seeking a Mid‑Senior Interior Designer to lead high‑budget, design‑led projects from concept through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from client briefing through concept design and execution.
• Develop and present design narratives, mood boards and material palettes.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and stakeholders while maintaining design integrity.
• Provide on‑site involvement and ensure detailed resolution of the design vision.
• Mentor and support junior designers within the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 6+ years’ experience in interior design.
• Strong portfolio across multi‑residential, hotel/hospitality and/or lifestyle sectors.
• High proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Proven ability to deliver projects end‑to‑end on high‑budget, design‑led assignments.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and detail‑oriented spatial planning.
