Junior Digital Designer

About the role

Vantage, a global fintech broker, is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Junior Digital Designer to join its design team. Working remotely, you will support senior designers in producing and adapting digital assets for trading, crypto, and financial campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in creating and adapting digital marketing assets such as banners, social media graphics, and promotional visuals.
• Resize and reformat existing artwork for various placements, including websites, landing pages, digital ads, and EDMs.
• Apply translated copy for Portuguese, Spanish, and other languages while maintaining brand consistency.
• Perform quality checks on multilingual versions before submission.
• Support UI design tasks for websites and landing pages, including wireframing and prototyping.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic or digital design.
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Attention to detail, especially when handling multiple language versions.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese required.
• Portfolio showcasing digital and graphic design work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion design.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and design systems.
