Mid Level Graphic Designer

About the role

WOO Agency is seeking a motivated Mid Level Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Brunswick East, Victoria. This individual‑contributor position requires senior‑level design skills and the ability to own projects from concept through final delivery with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Design a wide range of visual assets, including branding materials, marketing collateral, digital and print content, and campaign visuals.
• Translate briefs and concepts into polished, on‑brand designs while adhering to strict timelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, marketing, product, and cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure design consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints and present concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, digital campaigns, and website design.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality design.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Figma (plus).
• AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude.
• Front‑end development basics – HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
