Mid-level Full Stack .NET & React Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a mid-level Full Stack Engineer to join LEAP Dev’s engineering team. You will work on both the .NET backend and React frontend of our legal practice management platform, delivering end-to-end features that help lawyers serve their clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET / C# (ASP.NET Core preferred).
• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces with React, employing hooks, component architecture and state management.
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code across the stack and contribute to code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into functional software.
• Debug and resolve issues from database queries to UI rendering.
• Write and maintain automated unit and integration tests to support frequent releases.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• Pragmatic, ownership-driven approach to problem solving.
