Meta Ads Lead – Full Funnel Marketing Specialist

About the role

Uprise Digital is seeking a senior performance marketing leader to own the full‑funnel strategy for a portfolio of high‑value service clients. You will drive growth from onboarding through to measurable sales outcomes, acting as the trusted growth partner for each brand.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients, set strategy, budgets and forecasts from day one.
• Design, launch and optimise Meta campaigns end‑to‑end, including audience creation, pixel implementation and custom conversions.
• Diagnose funnel leaks, redesign landing pages and integrate with GoHighLevel CRM to improve lead quality and sales.
• Conduct competitor research using the Ads Library and TikTok Creative Center, and brief creative teams with high‑impact copy and hooks.
• Manage 20–30 client accounts simultaneously, providing clear performance updates to founders.

Required profile

• At least one year of performance‑marketing experience at a digital agency, with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts, meet tight deadlines and deliver results on real budgets.
• Strong copywriting instincts and an understanding of the first three seconds of an ad.
• Hands‑on experience with full‑funnel architecture from awareness to conversion.
