Merchandiser – Hurstville/Miranda

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Merchandiser to cover the Hurstville and Miranda suburbs of Sydney. In this full‑time, field‑based position you will be the face of Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners in stores, ensuring our brands are presented attractively and consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain engaging product displays that maximise visibility and drive sales.
• Replenish stock, uphold presentation standards and implement planograms.
• Execute in‑store activations and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with store teams, resolve stock issues and uphold brand guidelines.
• Provide accurate daily reporting and maintain a professional presence in each outlet.

Required profile

• Dependable, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically capable of lifting product cases up to 16 kg for up to 8 hours per day.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for high‑quality presentation.
• Professional appearance and confidence when representing the brand.
• Effective time‑management to meet scheduled service requirements.
• Previous experience in merchandising, retail or field operations is advantageous.
