Mental Health Support Worker (Part-Time)

About the role

Albury Wodonga Health is recruiting a Mental Health Officer for Jarrah PARC, its short-term, bed-based recovery service. You will provide psychosocial recovery support to consumers. The position is permanent part-time, three days per week; casual Mental Health Officer positions are also available. The closing date is 04/11/2026.

Required profile

• A passion for supporting mental health recovery
• Experience working with mental health consumers
• Minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health
• Availability to work across a 24/7 roster, including day, afternoon and sleepover shifts

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of recovery-oriented practice and trauma-informed care
