Medical Imaging Booking Agent

About the role

As a Medical Imaging Booking Agent you will be one of the first points of contact for patients accessing Qscan’s diagnostic imaging services. You will help patients navigate their appointments, provide clear information and ensure they feel supported throughout the booking process.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule medical imaging appointments accurately, matching patient needs with available times.
• Guide patients on preparation instructions, arrival times and estimated costs.
• Respond to patient enquiries with professionalism, patience and clear communication.
• Collaborate with clinics, radiologists and internal teams to support effective scheduling and a smooth patient journey.
• Maintain accurate patient information and coordinate transfer of relevant pathology and imaging history.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience through reliable service and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Passionate about customer service with empathy, care and compassion.
• Strong communicator able to interact confidently with patients, referrers and colleagues.
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems accurately.
• Resilient, adaptable and able to perform under pressure.
• Previous contact centre or healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
