Key responsibilities

• Lead campaign briefing, booking and buying across multiple digital media channels.
• Set up, activate, optimise and pace campaigns to meet objectives and ROI targets.
• Monitor performance, provide strategic recommendations and actionable optimisation plans.
• Manage budgets, bids and media investment to maximise efficiency.
• Identify testing opportunities, beta products and innovation initiatives.
• Deliver detailed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports with clear commentary.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented media professional with agency experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to mentor others.

Required skills

• Experience with digital media channels including Search, Social and Programmatic.
• Budget management and campaign reporting expertise.
