Media Account Coordinator

About the role

Join carsales as a Media Account Coordinator, supporting Dealer, Leisure, Industry and OEM/Agency sales teams. You will help deliver advertising campaigns by understanding client needs, our products and market objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Advertising Specialists and Client Partners in coordinating sales activities and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Develop and manage campaign implementation, communicate status with external partners, track performance and produce post‑campaign reports.
• Prepare and maintain sales collateral, ensuring go‑to‑market decks, pitches and insights decks are accurate and relevant.
• Support the team in selling and delivering advertising solutions.

Required profile

• Inclusive, interpersonal attitude aligned with carsales behaviours.
• Interest or experience in digital advertising campaigns.
• Confident communicator able to build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with a calm, positive attitude.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
