Mechanical Engineer – Building Services (Brisbane)

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Services team in Brisbane. The role involves delivering building services scope, managing subcontractors, and providing technical expertise throughout design, construction and commissioning phases.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Building Services scope in full compliance with standards and project requirements.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate with the wider project team and stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance across design, construction and commissioning.
• Coordinate design, construction and commissioning programmes.
• Stay updated on technological advances, best practices and statutory changes.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Construction, Building Services Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of industry experience.
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
