Meat Process Worker and Packager – Temp to Perm

About the role

A busy production facility in Kings Park is seeking reliable meat process workers and packers. The position is casual with consistent hours, with an opportunity for permanency, and multiple shifts are available across the packing and processing teams. The afternoon shift runs from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in meat processing and packing
• Open cartons of meat and transfer contents into trolleys
• Weigh and vacuum-seal raw meat products
• Lift, carry and push trolleys, cages and tubs of meat
• Trim, cut and portion meat
• Work as part of a fast-paced production team

Required profile

• Previous experience in meat processing or food manufacturing (preferred)
• Ability to work in a cold environment
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Available to work full-time hours
