Materials Planner

About the role

Join the team behind some of Australia's most loved food brands as a Materials Planner. You will ensure ingredients and packaging arrive where and when they are needed across the Spreads and Cheese network, supporting timely product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate ingredient and packaging replenishment to support production plans.
• Manage inventory holdings by balancing production requirements, contractual commitments, supplier constraints and warehouse capacity.
• Proactively manage materials throughout their lifecycle to minimise obsolete inventory, waste and write‑offs.

Required profile

• Experience in materials, demand or supply planning, inventory management, or a comparable role within a complex supply environment.
• Strong technical and practical understanding of ERP, ideally M3, including effective master data management.
• Excellent planning and time‑management skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• A strong and collaborative communicator who can build productive relationships internally and externally.
• Strong problem‑solving capability, customer focus and passion for continuous improvement.
