Materials Coordinator

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Materials Coordinator to support warehouse and logistics operations for the Eyre Peninsula Desalination Project. The role will be based on a 10/4 FIFO roster, flying from Adelaide to Port Lincoln, and will involve close collaboration with the construction team to ensure timely delivery of materials, plant, and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement site materials management systems and procedures.
• Enter material requirements into the materials management system accurately.
• Coordinate scheduling and delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
• Manage safe off‑loading of trailers, containers, and receipt, inspection, and storage of materials.
• Execute materials receipting, OS&D reporting, warehousing, and work‑pack issuance processes.
• Work with construction teams to review material availability and support work‑pack development.
• Issue materials to construction fronts in line with program requirements.
• Assist with planning and forecasting of site plant and equipment, including mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Liaise with hire companies to optimise utilisation and support cost control through forecasting and control accounts.

Required profile

• Willingness to work a 10/4 FIFO roster.
• Ability to coordinate materials, plant, and equipment in a construction environment.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and inspection.
