About the role

As a Marketing Strategy Associate you will own the marketing strategy for a portfolio of experiences, driving regional success through data‑driven digital campaigns and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end marketing strategy and performance for assigned experiences.
• Create and launch high‑visibility digital campaigns across social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google.
• Analyse campaign results, identify growth opportunities and optimise performance.
• Coordinate with sales, media, CRM, design and content teams to ensure timely, high‑quality execution.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid social media.
• Proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end with accountability for results.
• Highly organised, methodical and detail‑oriented.
• Proficient/bilingual English; additional language a plus.
