About the role

Device Technologies is seeking a Marketing Specialist (or Senior Marketing Specialist) to work across a diverse portfolio of leading medical technologies and clinical specialties. The role will involve shaping go‑to‑market strategies, delivering impactful campaigns, and driving customer engagement and business growth.

Required profile

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Previous marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work.
  • Experience working within complex, multi‑stakeholder business environments.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑driven.
  • MedTech, healthcare or medical device experience is desirable but not essential.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with marketing technologies.
  • Experience using CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
